Become Part of Our Team...
Reaction Group is one of the UK's most well established and progressive safety organisations. Established in 2006, the company has gone from a turnover of £80,000 in our first year of trading to revenues now in the multi-millions. We've done this through steady, organic growth, service and product diversification, and also our commitment to our colleagues. We're built upon the principle that our colleagues are our most important asset, and as a result, we've created a cooperative and supportive environment where people are both challenged and rewarded.
What's the benefit of working at RG?
We want the best people to be part of our company, which is why we pay some of the highest salaries in our industry, with bonus incentives on top. But if your first question is 'what's in it for me', then you may not have the attitude we're looking for!
For the right candidate though, we don't just give full support and training, but a real opportunity to grow and develop and help us create something we can all be proud of.
We believe that company culture is built upon standards, values, outstanding communication, having fun and mutual expectations being exceeded; not flashy company cars, nap rooms, bean bags, or expensive coffee in the canteen.
Our colleagues have the help and support they need, not just from their line manager, but also the ear of the senior management team, including the Managing Director. We get to know everyone, because we understand that everyone has a story and wants to grow and develop.
We know that if our team members win, our company wins.
How do I know if RG is right for me?
We support personal growth, so you'll be driven by improving your personal and professional skills. We're a fast-moving company, ready to adapt to the industry and wider global challenges that we're faced with - so you'll need to be ready to adapt with us. No day at RG is ever the same, whether it's meeting new clients, collaboratively setting new goals with your manager, or coming to us with new ideas and suggestions; you need to be ready to be challenged and rewarded in equal measure.
Our company values are:
We expect everyone to be a team player and do their bit for the company and their colleagues.
Finally, we believe in building a culture that's supportive, collaborative, and fun. Most of our team work from home, which gives great flexibility, especially for those who have families, which is why our work is task and target focussed and not time focussed. Video calls have their place, but we all need to meet face to face. Our regular team events are designed to do just that.
