Reaction Group is one of the UK's most well established and progressive safety organisations. Established in 2006, the company has gone from a turnover of £80,000 in our first year of trading to revenues now in the multi-millions. We've done this through steady, organic growth, service and product diversification, and also our commitment to our colleagues. We're built upon the principle that our colleagues are our most important asset, and as a result, we've created a cooperative and supportive environment where people are both challenged and rewarded.

Most of our team work from home, which gives great flexibility, especially for those who have families, which is why our work is task and target focussed and not time focussed. Video calls have their place, but we all need to meet face to face. Our regular team events are designed to do just that.
