The Testing Team You Don't Have to Hire
We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for electrical contractors and facilities management companies across the UK. Many of our clients already have their own engineers, but during peak periods those resources can become stretched, forcing work to be delayed or even turned away. Our service allows you to retain that work, protect your client relationships, and generate additional revenue. Simply take your customer’s order and leave the delivery to us.
Our electricians can attend site in unmarked vans and plain uniforms, ensuring a completely non-branded experience. All labels, documentation, and reports are produced under your company name, with your branding and logos applied throughout. There is no visible reference to Reaction Group at any stage, so your client experiences a seamless extension of your own service.

We go beyond standard inspection reporting. Our inspections include thermal imaging for enhanced fire-risk detection, internal photographs of fuse boards, and detailed images of any defects identified. We also install non-branded QR-coded board labels, which can be scanned using a smartphone to instantly access board schedules and related records. This creates a clear, modern audit trail for both contractors and end clients.

Because our electricians work exclusively on rugged tablets, all observations, photographs, and test data are uploaded live throughout the inspection. As an electrical contractor, you can view progress in real time via your secure client portal, with instant visibility of findings and supporting images - ideal for keeping your own clients informed.

Every report passes through our internal verification and quality assurance team before release, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with BS 7671 and NICEIC standards. Final reports are always available within 48 hours of leaving site, ready for you to download and issue directly to your client, fully branded as your own work.

Unlike using agency staff, we manage the entire process end-to-end. We are NICEIC approved, ISO 9001 accredited, and operate a strict quality and verification framework. All of our engineers are audited every 4–6 weeks to maintain the high standards your clients expect from your business.

Our EICRs, like all of our work, are completed by our own, directly-employed electricians. We never sub-contract so we maintain our tight control of quality standards. As a minimum, our EICR electricians hold:

Limitations
