Electrical Installation Condition Reports

We can undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports in accordance with BS7671 to keep your building safe and legally compliant.  EICR's should be carried out every 1-5 years, depending on your premises type.  If you have multiple sites, or online report management system is a unique tool which allows you to easily manage your compliance program.  We undertake this type of reporting for some of the UK's biggest brands.

Fire Risk Assessments

From 1st October 2006 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the Responsible Person (RP) of any non-domestic premises to carry out a fire risk assessment, including measures to reduce or eliminate the risk of fire, and identify persons at risk.  Many organisations do not have the experience or competencies to do this in house, and so our fully qualified and accredited Fire Risk Assessment team can help you to comply with this critically important legislation.
